Rates: We offer Insured Home Delivery at $3.95 for orders up to $69.99, and Free Shipping for orders of $70.00 or more.
Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for all products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.). We are not responsible for packages stolen after a confirmed "Delivered" status by the carrier.
We stand behind the quality of RELOD LABS. To ensure you experience the full benefits, our refund policy is as follows:
30-Day Usage Requirement: To be eligible for a refund, you must have used the product consistently for at least 30 days. We believe in the cumulative effect of our formulas.
Refund Window: If after 30 days of continuous use you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within the remainder of your 60-day guarantee period.
Process: To initiate a return, contact support@relodlabs.com. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including inaccuracies in product descriptions or pricing, or suspected fraud. If your credit card has already been charged, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Relod Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product at issue.
These Terms of Sale and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by the laws of the State of France, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
