Shipping policy

At RELOD LABS, we prioritize the fast and secure delivery of your performance supplements. Our logistics are designed to get your order to your doorstep as efficiently as possible.

1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer simplified shipping tiers for all orders within the United States:

Please note: Estimated delivery times include processing and transit time. Delivery times may vary slightly during holidays or peak periods.

2. Order Processing

  • 98% orders are processed within 24 hours.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

3. Tracking & Confirmation

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours, allowing you to monitor your Tracked Home Delivery in real-time.

4. Shipping Address & Delivery

  • Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. RELOD LABS is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • Doorstep Delivery: Our carrier will deliver your package directly to your home or mailbox. If you have specific delivery instructions (e.g., gate codes), please include them in the order notes.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We provide Tracked Delivery to give you peace of mind:

  • Damaged Items: If you receive your order damaged, please contact our support team at support@relodlabs.com within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and products.

  • Stolen/Missing Packages: If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us. RELOD LABS is not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery, but we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

6. International Shipping

Currently, RELOD LABS ships exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
