We offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee on our products. To ensure you experience the full benefits of our formulas, our policy is structured as follows:
30-Day Consistent Use Requirement: To be eligible for a refund, you must have used the product consistently for at least 30 days. We believe in the cumulative effect of our supplements, and this requirement ensures you have given your body enough time to adapt and perform.
Refund Request Window: If after 30 days of continuous use you are not satisfied with the results, you may request a refund within the remaining 30 days of your 60-day guarantee period (up to day 60 after delivery).
To process your return or refund:

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items.
Shipping costs from the original order (e.g., the $3.95 fee) are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@relodlabs.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Once your return is received and inspected (if applicable), we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 - 10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
For recurring subscription orders, you can cancel your subscription at any time. However, cancellation requests must be made 3 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next shipment.
